Smindly is an app for managing contracts, subscriptions and deadlines. It lets you track all your commitments and deadlines in one place, see upcoming payments, and get notified - so nothing catches you off guard.

Just click "Start Free" or "Sign In" in the top right, enter your email and password and you're ready to go. No payment card required, no downloads. You can also sign in via magic link - we send you a link to your email and one click gets you signed in.

Overview is your main screen. You will see a summary of all contracts, upcoming reminders, important deadlines, total monthly and annual costs - everything at a glance.

Contracts are the heart of the app. Here you add, edit, and manage all your records - subscriptions, insurance, rent, services, and anything else. You can attach files to each contract and set reminders.

The Calendar shows your payments and events in a monthly, weekly or daily view. You can clearly see what is coming and when.

Reminders are a central overview of everything important - upcoming payments, contract expirations and custom events you create yourself.

Smindly notifies you about upcoming contract expirations and payments - with a lead time you set yourself. Notifications arrive directly to your phone or browser, even without the app open.

Yes. Your data is stored on secured servers and protected so that only your account can access your records - no one else, not even us. All communication is always encrypted and passwords are never stored in readable form.

Yes. Open the contract detail and tap Share. Enter the recipient's email and an optional message - they'll receive an email with the contract summary (name, end date, amount, next payment). The recipient does not need a Smindly account.

Yes. PDF export is available in the Expenses section or in Contracts. The document includes expenses broken down by category, a list of the largest items, and an overview of paid payments for the selected year including payment dates and amounts.
